1. Eligibility
• The complimentary airport shuttle service is available exclusively for guests who book a minimum of 10 rooms at any of our supporting hotels.

2. Reservation & Registration
• To avail of this service, guests must register their details upon confirming their hotel reservation.
• Registration must be completed in advance to ensure proper transportation arrangements.

3. Booking Requirements
• Only confirmed and fully completed hotel reservations qualify for the shuttle service.
• Guests must provide accurate and complete information, including flight details and arrival time, at the time of registration.

4. Shuttle Schedule & Availability
• The shuttle service operates according to a pre-determined schedule.
• Availability is subject to capacity and operational constraints.
• Hotelplanner reserves the right to modify or cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Amendments & Cancellations
• Any changes or cancellations to the shuttle booking must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the complimentary service.

6. Liability
• Hotelplanner is not responsible for any delays or missed transfers due to flight schedule changes, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen events.
• Guests are advised to schedule their transportation accordingly to allow sufficient time for check-in and travel.

7. General Terms
• Hotelplanner reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• The complimentary shuttle service is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
• By using this service, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
