Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to being transparent and fair in our cancellation and refund policies. Please read this policy carefully before registering for Love Escape Programme. By registering for the program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Cancellation Timeframes:

– Cancellations made 45 days or more before the program start date will be eligible for an 80% refund of the total registration fee.

– Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are non-refundable.

– Participants who do not attend the program and do not provide prior notice will not be eligible for any refunds.

4. Partial Attendance:

5. Transfers and Substitutions:

– In cases where a registered participant is unable to attend, the registration may be transferable to another eligible participant with prior written approval from the organizers. Additional charges may apply for any transfer.

6. Force Majeure:

– In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events, resulting in the cancellation of the program, participants will be offered a rescheduled program date or a refund of the registration fee.

7. Processing Time for Refunds:

– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
