OCBC Skyway: Enjoy the most enthralling views on the OCBC Skyway. Suspended between two Supertrees at 22 metres above ground, this 128m-long aerial walkway offers marvellous opportunities to capture that postcard-worthy shot of the Gardens’ lush surrounds, set in the heart of downtown Marina Bay. Then, head to Cloud Forest, which boasts one of the world’s largest indoor waterfalls at 35 metres tall. This landscape offers dramatic greenery, featuring vegetation that is typically native to habitats 2,000 metres above sea level. 1. Eligibility
• The complimentary airport shuttle service is available exclusively for guests who book a minimum of 10 rooms at any of our supporting hotels.

2. Reservation & Registration
• To avail of this service, guests must register their details upon confirming their hotel reservation.
• Registration must be completed in advance to ensure proper transportation arrangements.

3. Booking Requirements
• Only confirmed and fully completed hotel reservations qualify for the shuttle service.
• Guests must provide accurate and complete information, including flight details and arrival time, at the time of registration.

4. Shuttle Schedule & Availability
• The shuttle service operates according to a pre-determined schedule.
• Availability is subject to capacity and operational constraints.
• Hotelplanner reserves the right to modify or cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Amendments & Cancellations
• Any changes or cancellations to the shuttle booking must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the complimentary service.

6. Liability
• Hotelplanner is not responsible for any delays or missed transfers due to flight schedule changes, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen events.
• Guests are advised to schedule their transportation accordingly to allow sufficient time for check-in and travel.

7. General Terms
